In House Tool and Die Making

• Uses AutoCAD, Pro Engineering, and Solidworks design software
• Designs and builds manual and progressive die
• Has a well equipped tooling room: Mitsubishi wire cut machine (750x400mm), lathe, grinding, milling, drill, etc.
• Builds jigs, fixtures, and automatic stamping system

Common materials we use: CRS, aluminum, galvanized steel, zinc plated steel, magnesium, stainless steel, spring steel, beryllium copper, phosphorous bronze, fiber paper, wire mesh, etc.
